SPECIALIZED POTION -RULES & GUIDELINES

| Bottle Type | You are limited to only one bottle type. It is the frame that will contain everything below. |
| Elements | These will determine the background color; You can choose up to 8 elements, but you cannot select the same element more than once. |
| Essence | The essence is the character; it can be your WoL or any humanoid character within the Final Fantasy franchise. |
| Ingredients | These are extra details within the potion. You can have none or have up to 3 ingredients. The ingredients don't have to be necessarily related to in-game objects. |
We are implementing a first-come, first-served policy, no early reservations, as of now!For now, there will be a limit of up to 10 specialized potions that can be requested for the day as we are still testing the waters. Only 1 specialized potion per customer can be made for now as well. Since a specialized potion is carefully made with so many finer details, it can take about 1-2 hours for it to be made. However, due to the large number of requests, we have decided that the first 5 queued specialized potions will be finished by the next day. The next 5 that are queued will be finished by the next 2 days. This is done so we can offer the highest-quality potions as best as it can be to our customers. Thank you for your understanding!
Upon payment, one of the alchemists will hand over a sheet as shown at the top. You may answer it however you want! The simplest way would be inputting the details your request in a single /tell:SAMPLE FORMAT: [To Whom], [Bottle Type], [Element 1], [Element 2], [Essence], [Ingredient 1], [Ingredient 2], [Ingredient 3]Example: "To: G'raha Tia, A, 1, 6, G'raha Tia, Rolanberries, Catnip, Blue Crystals."You are also free to add in any additional requests.
1. We will not accept any requests that contains explicit NSFW / extremely violent themes / hateful content.
2. If you don't feel the need to provide reference photos of your character, the character's depiction will be based on your WoL's most recent appearance.
3. Refunds can be made if our alchemist has not begun on it. However, any requests beyond that will not be entertained.
4. Requests for revisions or any alterations cannot be accommodated.
5. The artwork will be posted online at Twitter: @lwc_ffxiv. If ever you would also like to post it, we would be honored! We only request that you would also credit the artist. Thank you!
6. The output will be 1000px by 1000px, with a transparent background. The character will be drawn in chibi style.

RULES
1. This is a SFW venue that welcomes and encourages any kinds of RP and casual conversations. Most interactions would be IC (in-character.) However OOC (out-of-character) is okay too!
2. We kindly request that any graphic activities or possibly uncomfortable conversations be conducted privately with the consent of all parties involved.
3. Feel free to hang or stay AFK anywhere! There are no payments for any of the spots inside the premises. We're also more than happy to prepare your order for takeout.
4. We expect all visitors to uphold our standards of respect and decency. Any disrespectful or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
5. Indoor bard performances are allowed! Although we ask that you be mindful of others and try not to overlap with ongoing activities. If you inform us beforehand, we can turn off the orchestrion and try to provide you with a more suitable atmosphere.
6. Only the staff are allowed to have the Looking to Meld icon.
7. Please understand that our staff may not behave the same way outside of café hours as they do during their working hours.
8. All staff have the right to refuse services.
